So, how will your skydive go?

Once you arrive at the skydive center there is a chance you have to wait for a little. This means that the team cares about you and secures you a safe jump. One of the instructors will come out and call your name.

At this moment you will meet your instructor, they will introduce you to a few basic jump procedures, and get your equipment on.

If you feel that you are getting nervous just breath and try to stay relax.

Tip: If you start to get nervous or scared just talk to your instructor, ask him how he felt before his first jump.

In any case, it is a smart move to have good contact with your instructor, don’t forget that he is a really important person for you at the moment.

Now that you know your instructor a little, he will explain to you what you have to know not too little not too much. Just what you need to know, before your skydive jump. If you have any questions, just ask he will be happy to answer them.

The time is now there to do your pre-jump process. Keep calm the people where you jump with are nervous just like you, some people can just hide it better than others.

But we all know deep inside ourselves, we are a little nervous and that is all-natural.

Ready to go for the real deal?

Your skydive in Gran Canaria starts official.

Now you know what to do, it is time to go for your skydive jump. You will take place in a small Cessna airplane and you will be already attached to your instructor.

Once the airplane reaches up to 4000 meters high you are ready for the experience of your life. This is also the part where the people start to be scared.

But know this! Your instructor already jumped at least 500 times, That’s a lot. He even did a minimum of 2 skydives in the night. So, now you know this and, you notice that your instructor is still alive, so you can calm down.

Yea, easy to say. But…

Your instructor will sit with you at the door of the airplane waiting for the sign of the pilot to jump. While you are sitting there you will see Gran Canaria in his all beauty and then… And there you go, you are falling at 200 km/h down.

You will hear a lot of noise from the wind that is passing by your ears. So loud that you don’t have to think to start a nice conversation with your instructor. He will not hear a thing, but after 30 to 90 seconds deepens on the height they went with the plane.

The parachute will open and the noise will be all gone. Now is the time to relax and enjoy the amazing view of Gran Canaria once again. For like 6 to 8 minutes you go slowly down and land softly in the dunes of Maspalomas. This is also the place where your family or friends will wait for you.
